Better deal for home buyers from APS Bank
A lower rate and now... free of handling charge

Those who need a loan to buy a home or second residence can now take advantage of an even better deal from APS Bank. The Bank is waiving its loan processing fee, bank legal fee and bank architect's fee, apart from providing the loan at a lower rate of 6% interest per annum for the first Lm20,000.

During the launch of the new offer, the Bank's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Edward Cachia said that the Bank is once again showing its commitment to the customer by providing a low cost home loan package designed to suit individual needs at very attractive terms.

Mr Cachia explained that "this new exceptional offer is applicable to new loan applications, received by 30 November 2001, for the APS Home Loan and the APIuS Account and carries with it the concept of reduced bank charges and no penalty fees on early repayment"

"We are offering a great low interest rate of 6% per annum on the first Lm20,000 and 7.25% interest on the remaining balance and no charges on professional services utilised by the bank to all those who need to buy a home. This means saving at least an additional up front Lm200 on bank fees on a loan of Lm35,000".

"Whether you're looking for your first home, moving house, buying your summer residence or considering changing your bank, talking to us now, could really pay off", concluded the Bank's CEO.

More advantageous conditions can be obtained through the unique APIuS Account, the Bank's other product for home loans of Lm25,000 and over. This new Account is a completely fresh approach to organising a customer's personal finances and can mean savings of several hundreds of Liri. The APIuS Account consolidates the customer's personal finances into one bank account, balancing the income and savings and thus reducing the amount of interest paid by the customer on the loan. APS Bank is the only bank in Malta to offer this additional package.
