Kempinski takes over management of San Lawrenz leisure resort

The privately owned San Lawrenz Leisure Resort, which was inaugurated on the 29th June 1999 and is already gaining a reputation as one of the most exclusive hotels in the Mediterranean, has joined Kempinski’s portfolio of Luxury Hotels and Resorts. Kempinski will, with immediate effect, manage the now Kempinski San Lawrenz Resort and Spa Gozo – Malta.

Kempinski Hotels and Resorts’ prestigious portfolio comprises over 30 luxurious properties in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Asia and Australia. Each offers superior standards of service combined with a distinctive style that reflects the individuality of the property and its location.

This announcement endorses Kempinki’s expansion into the resort market and increases the Group’s resort portfolio to seven (Ajman, Estepona, Gold Coast, Goa, Ruegen and St Moritz), complementing its existing strength in business and travel destinations.

Kempinski Hotels and Resorts have appointed Mr Rupert Simoner to manage the Kempinski San Lawrenz Resort and Spa Gozo – Malta.
