Coldwell Banker Real Estate opens two more offices

It has certainly been a great start to the New Year for Coldwell Banker Malta. Two new state of the art branch offices have just commenced operations in St. Paul’s Bay and in Qormi, while another office on the Msida seafront will be open for business on the 1st of February 2008.
According to Geoffrey Ciantar, General Manager Coldwell Banker Malta, “We are very proud to welcome on board a number of high quality real estate professionals who have been in the industry for a good number of years. For instance Andrew Gatt, who is managing our St. Paul’s Bay office, has over 25 years experience in the field having held various top-management positions in one of Malta’s largest agencies, as has Michelle Attard, also based in St. Paul’s Bay. Graziella Vella who has specialized in the Qormi district for a number of years, is now managing the Qormi branch. Ultimately, the quality of the people we are associated with remains our main priority and our greatest asset”.

The branches will mainly focus on the Maltese market. “It’s the core of our business. We are not simply relying on international buyers. Also, Maltese properties are continuously being featured on prestigious International magazines, putting Malta firmly on the international map as a property destination”.
