Nadine Zahra was the first student registered in the MIM-BOV employees Study Scheme who completed her studies towards a Masters in Business Administration with Edinburgh Business School.
Zahra was presented with a memento by Reuben Buttigieg, Chairman of MIM Training & Development Services Ltd., and Vanessa Borg, Director of Studies.
Buttigieg said that these initiatives confirmed the commitment of MIM towards promoting education in Malta and in providing opportunities for students eager to progress in their careers.
It also showed that MIM was also very close to the industry and employers, with whom it was in constant discussion, in order to identify their training needs.
Launching a scheme particularly for Bank of Valletta employees, designed for and in consideration of BOV’s own incentives, was also possible thanks to the strong ties MIM has with BOV through their existing collaboration agreement.
Zahra thanked MIM and explained how EBS MBA was the ideal route for her to strike a balance between life, work and study. EBS, she said, was the ideal education programme for busy professionals that want to further their studies.
For further information about the opportunities provided by MIM, prospective students and employers may call the Malta Institute of Management on 2145 3097. |
