Bay Street confirms appointment of new Executive Management Team

Business Process Consulting Limited and Bay Street Holdings Limited have recently concluded a management agreement by which Business Process Consulting will take over the executive management of Bay Street on a day-to-day basis The newstory was originally published in MaltaToday last Sunday.

The Business Process Consulting executive team for Bay Street will be led by the Chairman of the company, Mr. Tony Mejlaq who is fulfilling the role of Project Director and Mr. Silvio De Bono the company‚s Managing Director who is assuming the role of Project Manager with particular emphasis to bring along the required change within the complex. Another member of the Business Process Consulting team, Mr James Davis, has with immediate effect taken over as General Manager Bay Street.

Business Process Consulting, a member of the Techinvest Group of Companies, provides consultancy services in the areas of Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Operations Management, Information Systems Management as well as Marketing Management.

The company has a wealth of experience in providing consultancy services aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of various businesses operating within the local business environment.
