2001 was an exceptional year for Toly Products in the French market - having opened a sales office in the centre of Paris in 1987, last year the French market became Tolys largest single market for its products manufactured in Malta. Recently three new products were launched using Tolys components - a new fragrance for Orlane, Be21; a new compact for Lancaster; and an entire colour line for Guinot, Masters Colors Toly Products have been manufacturing in Malta since 1970 and today the company has a workforce of over 540 people focusing on luxury packaging for the beauty industry. Being a specialist compact producer, Toly were an obvious choice for Guinot, when it decided to launch a completely new colour cosmetics line. Guinot chose from one of Tolys extensive standard lines and personalised the compact with gold plated lids and a complex two colour tampo print. For Lancaster, the challenge was to produce a high quality compact with a surface finish which resembles metal. Toly have a strong expertise in surface decorating techniques and lead the industry in terms of innovative packaging solutions. Complementing the companys expertise in compact manufacturing, Toly also supplies custom designed fragrance caps to its customer base. Orlane launched their new fragrance Be21 with Toly supplying a water clear cap moulded from a transparent nylon material. Toly also produces fragrance packaging for many of Chanels classic fragrance brands. With sales organisations in London, New York, Paris and Belgium, Toly are one of the market leaders in luxury packaging for many international cosmetic brands.
