New conference centre to open in March 2003 The Hilton Maltas new conference centre will open in March 2003 with an initial investment of Lm6 million and is set to become a first-class venue for prestigious meetings and events. The new conference centre will be located adjacent to the Hilton Malta, with direct internal access from the hotels lobby. Centrally located in the Portomaso complex, the centre is to provides the ideal opportunity to mix business and leisure.
