Strasbourg - Danish Prime Minister Anders Rasmussen, whose
country holds the presidency of the EU, did not beat about the bush
yesterday and advised the Maltese government to conclude negotiations
on the pending issues before the Copenhagen summit on 12 and 13
December or else the country might not be able to make it in the
