GRTU appoints officials

At a meeting of the executive board held yesterday, the GRTU – Malta Chamber for Small & Medium Enterprises appointed its officers for 2006.
Paul Abela was appointed president while six other officials were appointed in the role of vice president. Each vice president is responsible for a particular sector.
Philip Fenech was appointed vice president policy and strategy, while Joe Tabone is responsible for finance and administration.
Charles J Busuttil is vice president representing the sections while Hubert Agius represents the districts and localities.
Sylvia Sciberras is vice president international relations and Mario Debono is vice president for training and development.
Vince Farrugia was confirmed director general.
