Property Fund launched

In another first for the Maltese market, GlobalCapital has just launched a new investment opportunity that gives Maltese investors access to the international real estate property market.
Distinctively from other property funds of funds available, The Property Fund, a sub fund of GlobalCapital Funds SICAV p.l.c. has the possibility of making use of a wide variety of securities related to real estate property. Amongst these, the fund can make use of other real estate property funds, investments in property management or property financing companies as well as the possibility of investing directly in real estate property situated outside Malta.
Andrew-Neal Farrugia, Assistant General Manager of GlobalCapital Fund Advisors Limited, the company acting as manager to the fund, commented on this launch, “We are aiming to take advantage of the numerous real estate opportunities available around the world.
