MFSA warning to the public – deVere and Partners

The financial services authority (MFSA) has warned that a firm operating under the name of deVere and Partners may be soliciting investment services business from persons in Malta.
The Authority would like to make the general public aware that deVere and Partners is not licensed or authorised to provide investments services in Malta. Prospective investors are therefore advised to treat any such approach with the utmost caution.
Accordingly, anyone who transacts with deVere and Partners might not be protected by the local financial services legislative and regulatory framework.
