HP has announced that three of its consumer and enterprise customer support websites have been named among the best worldwide by two prominent support industry associations.
Recognising HP’s commitment to providing relevant help and support information for consumer and enterprise customers around the world, the Localisation Industry Standards Association (LISA) – in partnership with the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) – chose HP’s Customer Care, IT Resource Center and My ProCurve sites as three of the “Ten Best International Web Support Sites.”
The HP Customer Care and IT Resource Center have been recognised by LISA for two years in a row.
A panel of judges combined ASP’s methodology with LISA’s expertise in the needs of international customers to evaluate support sites of major international corporations. They evaluated how effectively websites support customers throughout the world using 25 criteria in five categories:
Overall usability, design and navigation
Knowledge-base and search implementation
Interactive features
Personalization and locale-specific adaptation
Integration of international support into an overall strategy
