BOV branches awarded incentive scheme awards During Bank of Valletta Group’s Christmas Staff Party held at the San Gorg Corinthia, 30 BOV branches were awarded the Annual Incentive Scheme Awards by the Group’s Chairman Mr Joseph F. X. Zahra. Thanking all managers and employees for their efforts and commitment, Mr Zahra stated that "Bank of Valletta’s excellent results achieved throughout this year are fruit of all the bank’s employees’ commitment to sustain their personal initiative and provide an even better service to customers. In fact, Bank of Valletta always gives a lot of importance to value and excellent customer service because these are amongst the most important qualities which have made an institution such as Bank of Valletta, the leading bank in Malta." Mr Zahra added that "thanks to the high standards reached, we are in a position to be closer to the communities in which we operate. However, we must continuously keep looking for new ways how to improve customer service. In this regard, the Bank’s project of redesigning all its branches is part of this relationship baking strategy, aimed at making the service more personalised for the benefit of all customers. This anticipation of the customers’ needs is what has made of Bank of Valletta, the leading Maltese Bank.” The Chairman took the opportunity to wish the over 1,000 employees present the very best wishes for the festive season.
