Pensions in the EU - the new law and what it entails

Both in Malta and the rest of Europe, it is a fact universally acknowledged the proportion of older people will increase much faster than the population of younger, wage-earning taxpayers.

The fear is that the costs of caring for such a large number of pensioners will overwhelm the future budgets for pensions and health care.
