Any tenderer who may feel aggrieved by any such recommendation must submit his official complaint to the Director of Contracts within not more than three (3) working days from the date of such publication and in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Third Schedule of the said
Regulations which lay down in detail the procedure to be followed in such a case. All tenderers should, therefore, familiarise themselves with the provisions of this Schedule.
