CT 222/2002. Supply of IT Equipment: Personal Computers with Flat Screen Monitors, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs)/Handheld Computers and Notebooks/Laptop Computers together with relative software for the Malta Statistics Authority. E.U. Project - Ref: MT/003/99 (MEDA).

The public may attend during the opening and scheduling of tenders at the time and dates specified above.
The Director General (Contracts) notifies all tenderers that in terms of Clause 5(2) (k) and the Third Schedule of the Public Service (Procurement) Regulations 1996 recommendations made by the General Contracts Committee for the award of public contracts will be given publicity in the Department of Contracts' notice board every Wednesday and Friday after 12.00 noon. Tenderers may also obtain this information by utilising the polling facilities on fax number 2122 6156.
Any tenderer who may feel aggrieved by any such recommendation must submit his official complaint to the Director General (Contracts) within not more than three (3) working days from the date of such publication and in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Third Schedule of the said Regulations which lays down in detail the procedure to be followed in such a case. All tenderers should, therefore, familiarise themselves with the provisions of this Schedule.

Mqabba Local Council

Fgura Local Council
The Fgura Local Council receives sealed quotations up to Saturday, 10th August, 2002 for:
Quot No. 128 - MDL-17-02. Production of gold plated medals 35mm in diameter to be used on the occasion of the "Gieh il-Fgura" award. Quotation should include dies and artwork, the cost of producing each medal inclusive of ribbon and presentation box, and delivery time from date of order.
Quot. No. 129 - QW-17-02. Survey on the quality of drinking water in the locality. Proposals including methodology to be used will be received up to closing date above during office hours.
Quot. No. 130 - WS-17-02. Design and updating of a web-site in line with the Local Council Electronic Policy document. Proposals will be received up to closing date above during office hours.
Quot. No. 131 - BN-17-02. Supply and fixing of five (5) galvanised iron benches at Triq is-Sur (on pavement near Fgura Primary School). These benches are to be similar to already existing benches fixed on site. These benches have to be fixed on site within six weeks from acceptance of quotation by the Fgura Local Council.
Quot. No. 132 - DR-17-02. Formation of a drainage connection for the public library at Triq il-Karmnu. Rate quoted (inclusive of VAT and 5% management fee) should include all excavation works, reconnection, backfilling and reinstatement. It will be the contractor's responsibility to procure all the necessary permits and the appropriate insurance cover before commencement of works. The site can be visited following an appointment with the executive secretary on 21 664 000 during office hours.
Quot. No. 133 - AA-17-02. Accountancy and auditing services from qualified persons with experience in the local government field. These services will be requested by the Fgura Local Council on a quarterly basis prior to the preparation of the quarterly financial report and the end of year financial report. These reports have to be prepared and signed by the same person carrying out this work. Quotations accompanied by a resumè of qualifications and experience of applicant should be submitted on a rate per hour basis.
All quotations submitted should be inclusive of VAT. The Fgura Local Council receives the right to refuse the most advantageous offer.
Fgura Local Council
The Fgura Local Council receives sealed tenders up to noon of Monday, 2nd September, 2002 for:
Advt. No. AO-17-02. Rental or purchase of suitable premises which could be used as the Council's administrative offices.
