Any tenderer who may feel aggrieved by any such recommendation must submit his official complaint to the Director General (Contracts) within not more than three (3) working days from the date of such publication and in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Third Schedule of the said Regulations which lays down in detail the procedure to be followed in such a case.
