New Appointment at GlobalCapital

Mr Ramon Mizzi has been appointed President Insurance at GlobalCapital. In his new role, Mr Mizzi will be responsible for the day to day activities related to the Group’s insurance operations as well as the further development of the Group’s corporate business.
Mr Mizzi started his professional career 24 years ago, holding a number of senior executive positions with local insurance operators. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance sector will contribute substantially towards maintaining GlobalCapital’s position as one of the leading insurance providers in Malta.
Mr Mizzi has taken responsibility of three operations within GlobalCapital’s Insurance Division –life, health and insurance broking.
Commenting about his forthcoming professional challenges, Mr Mizzi said that he is committed to ensure that all three insurance operations will continue to place the client at the forefront of all their activities by providing tailor-made services to suit the client’s needs.
“GlobalCapital has been one of the leading insurance providers in Malta for the past 21 years and I am glad to have been given this opportunity to contribute in taking the Group forward”, he said.

Mr Mizzi is also a Chartered Insurer and Legal Procurator.
