The General Workers Union has accused Enemalta of ‘arrogance’ for its lack of consultation about the ‘commercialisation’ of the Petroleum Division.
The union said the process was now approaching its end, but it had not even been informed of the state of play and how this would affect the workers. As a result of this, the Enemalta employees are anxious and uncertain about their future.
The GWU said the corporation’s attitude was unacceptable and it called for immediate consultation.
