New appointment at Laferla Insurance Agency

Mark Laferla Jr., ACII, has recently been appointed Assistant General Manager at Laferla Insurance Agency Limited. Mark Laferla Jr.’s appointment comes after he has gained ample experience on personal lines and commercial insurance business whilst working at the largest indigenous insurance company for almost three years.
He received his education at Verdala International School, San Anton School and De La Salle College (Sixth Form).
He then completed his insurance studies at the Malta International Training Centre and at the age of 19 years had already qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in the United Kingdom, being one of the youngest students to achieve this status worldwide.
As Assistant General Manager, Mark Laferla Jr. will be focusing on business development, building on the company’s reputation for the prompt settlement of claims and offering unrivalled professional service to clients. Mark Laferla Jr., ACII is an avid aviation enthusiast and holds a private pilot’s licence. His hobbies include flying his own microlight aircraft and photography. He is an active member of the Island Microlight Club and the Malta Institute of Professional Photography apart from being a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (U.K.).
