GlobalCapital plc has introduced online payment facilities across its diversified services and product portfolios in life and health insurance, investments and insurance brokering.
GlobalCapital clients, including holders of BUPA health insurance policies, can now avail themselves of an existing convenient and easy-to-use online payment facility through both Bank of Valletta and HSBC internet banking facilities.
“We are continuously seeking ways to structure our business and services around the ever-changing requirements of our customers. Throughout the past months, we have continued to align our services in a customer-focused approach. We have listened to feedback received from our customers and we are now pleased to announce this very convenient service to suit modern trends and our customers’ lifestyles” said Mr. Adrian Galea, Chief Operations Officer, GlobalCapital.
GlobalCapital clients who wish to use the online payment facilities need to log on to HSBC and BOV internet banking portals and use the respective bill payment facilities. In case of any difficultly customers may call their respective banks.
