Investment & Trade Promotion seminar in Tolouse

On 28th January Malta Enterprise in conjunction with the Embassy of Malta in France and Reliantis Enterprise Development – an organisation forming part of the French Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry held an investment and trade promotion seminar in Toulouse.
The seminar was well attended and more than 50 delegates engaged in various activities including - ICT, electrical and mechanical engineering, renewable energy/environmental technologies, healthcare, aviation maintenance, logistics and business consultants - were present for the event.
HE Dr Mark Miggiani Malta’s Ambassador in France made a brief introduction which was followed by presentations from two French entrepreneurs – Mr Gutierrez on behalf of the Institute of Cellular Pharmacology and Mr Kaim on behalf of Kawax - who recounted their positive personal experiences in Malta. Following these interventions, Mr Peter P Meli, Head of Strategic Investment Promotion at Malta Enterprise spoke about Malta’s main advantages as an investment and trade location, as well as the benefits and incentives available. Mr Francis Larue – General Manager of a local ICT firm – chaired the meeting and thanked both the speakers and all present for their active participation and attendance.
The event was concluded with a networking cocktail held at the main hall of the Chamber of Commerce in Toulouse.
