ICON sets sail to new Salvo Grima web portal

Salvo Grima ushered in the year by unveiling a new corporate identity to coincide with its 150th anniversary and communicate the Groups evolution and its vision for the future. As part of this effort, leading web development company ICON launched the dynamic new web portal for the Salvo Grima Group.
Salvo Grima offers its clients a variety of services across the industries of ship supply, logistics, distribution, and travel retail. The new site offers detailed information about the workings of the group of companies, its departments and its services, as well as the many organisations that the Salvo Grima Group associates with.
“Combined with an effective and elegant design, we also incorporated key software package ICON.snap™,” explains ICON director Dr. Gege Gatt. “This progressive Content Management System helps the site’s moderators to keep the portal’s information regularly updated with developments within the Group.”
While also helping the site to rank better through search engines, regularly refreshing content also encourages users back to the site time and time again.
“Content was an important aspect of this site and the finished result offers plenty of insight into the work carried out by the Salvo Grima Group,” added Dr. Gatt.
The site is now live and may be visited on: www.salvogrima.com
